#Ativador office 365 home software
My mother has been asked to pay for additional software support to solve the issue - this is ludicrous given that the issue is that a promised product was not correctly configured on the system! There appears to be only one person who deals with Office support issues who does not respond in a timely manner to email. Service and support has been totally unhelpful - no two people have given the same phone numbers to call. No matter what happened, it seems that when you sign in to Office, if you have existing office products, like Home and Business 2016 or a shared Office 365 subscription, it adds those services instead of the OEM one included with the computer. Sometimes, the troubleshooter found no issue, and sometimes it did and was able to fix it. Windows was activated and we ran the troubleshooter listed above several times. A New Ideapad Flex that was supposed to come with Office 365 home, however my mother received Office Home and Business 2016 (no cloud benefits) instead. I just want to say that my mother had the same issue described above. Bottom line, call the Microsoft Hotline 80 and see if you can get this resolved. Luckily (again), I had THE MOST OUTSTANDING Microsoft Support person and he was able to not only get my Office 365 activated but he stayed on the line and showed me all kinds of features/functions of their product (e.g., with this one activation, I can assign up to 5 users/laptops, EACH with their own copy of Office, each with a 1 TB cloud, etc.). After waiting for another 24 hours, I decided to call the Microsoft Hotline to find out what was going on they knew nothing about the Lenovo Support ticket number, nor that they were supposed to call me. Luckily for me, Lenovo Support gave me the ticket number AND the Microsoft Hotline (80) number BTW, Lenovo Support specifically told me that someone form Microsoft would contact me.
After 2 calls with Lenovo Support (wait time about 30 mins each), they finally told me that *Lenovo* could not solve the problem and that a ticket was opened for *Microsoft" to fix (so much for Lenovo being the harware/software integrator). I had this very same problem and feel compelled to respond so you can get on with your Microsoft Office 365 activation.
